PDA Device
RaceJet works with PDA devices that use Palm OS 3.5 and above.
The connector on the RaceJet is a standard DB9 (serial port). This makes it where the Serial HotSync cable that come with most PDA’s works with the RaceJet.

Data Read Out

The Race Jet Weather Pod displays the following information when coupled with a Palm device:

Temperature - Relative Humidity - Barometric Pressure

Air Density - Density Altitude

The RaceJet Weather Pod is the only device specifically designed to work with the new MaxJet 1.3 Rotax Jetting Software.

With the RaceJet connected, simply turn on the MaxJet 1.3 software, hit one button and the MaxJet software will get the weather information from the RaceJet and display the perfect Jet, Needle Setting and plug within Seconds!

Description of Device

The RaceJet Weather Pod is a high precision, battery powered, hand held pocket size weather data collection device. It contains a barometer, thermometer and hygrometer sensors.These are factory calibrated laser trimmed sensors. The unit sends real time sensor data to a palm device for display of information. By drop down menu in the software, user can select from U.S. or Metric measurements.

The unit is a fraction of the cost of comparable units available on the market today. Although it is inexpensive compared to it’s competition, it is still a commercial, industrial grade device.

RaceJet can be secured behind your PDA device, or it can be place in a stationary place. Simply turn the unit on and with a single touch of one button, you have accurate atmospheric information.
